Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before your stay or your event at the château.

Dining

Breakfast

What time is breakfast served, and how much is it?

Breakfast is served every morning from 8:00 to 10:00 am. Price: €15 per adult, €8 for ages 13-17, free for children under 13. It is served in the ground-floor restaurant.

Do I need to book breakfast in advance?

The easiest way is to pick the “Breakfast included” option when booking your room — the price adjusts automatically to your family. Otherwise, just let us know at the château, the day before.

Do you serve lunch or dinner?

No — the château serves breakfast only. Our favourite places, about ten minutes away, are on the Restaurant page; a PDF list is available on request.

Booking

Booking, payment & cancellation

What time can I arrive, and leave?

Check-in between 4 pm and 10 pm, check-out before 11 am.

Can I cancel free of charge?

Yes, with the “Free cancellation” rate: cancellable at no cost until 2 days before arrival (00:00 Paris). Your card is simply saved as a guarantee — no charge at booking, the stay is paid at departure. The non-refundable rate cannot be changed or cancelled — but nothing is charged at booking there either: the card is saved as a guarantee, and the stay is charged afterwards by our team.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Online payment is 100% secure: Visa, Mastercard, CB, American Express, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay for prepaid stays.

How does the tourist tax work?

The tourist tax is paid on site, at arrival — it is never charged online. It is due per adult per night (minors are exempt); the exact amount, which depends on the room, is shown when you book.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

Everything is online: your confirmation e-mail contains a “Manage my booking” link to cancel (per your rate conditions), update your details or add breakfast.

Can I bring my pet?

No. Pets are not allowed in our rooms.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, free, everywhere in the hotel.

Can I smoke?

The inside is non-smoking; outside, freely.

Can I book the whole hotel?

Yes — simply book all six rooms online; there is no separate “whole hotel” offer. To hire the estate (hall, gardens), see the Receptions page.

Is there a spa or wellness area?

Unfortunately not — the château has neither spa nor wellness area.

Is there a swimming pool?

No, there is no pool.

Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Unfortunately not. There is no lift and no access ramp, the bathrooms are not adapted, and all six rooms are upstairs, up a stone staircase of about twenty steps — no room on the ground floor.
