In brief
- Your place is firm upon online payment, which constitutes acceptance of these terms (art. III-1).
- An activity on a fixed date carries no right of withdrawal: places are neither cancellable nor refundable (art. III-2 and III-3).
- You may transfer your place to someone else until the day before the event — a simple e-mail is enough (art. III-3).
- If we cancel — minimum number of participants not reached, force majeure — you are refunded in full (art. III-4).

Part I — Common provisions
I-1. Identification
JUDVI, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €4,000,000, Caen Trade and Companies Register (RCS) no. 807 543 863, VAT no. FR50807543863, whose registered office is at 1776 Route d'Orbois, Le Bû, 14240 Aurseulles (hereinafter "JUDVI").
I-2. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern JUDVI's services: private hire of the estate (Part II), events open to participation (Part III) and hotel accommodation (Part IV). They are accepted by signing the quotation (devis) or the contract, or by ticking the box provided at the time of online booking.
I-3. Prices and VAT
Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included. The breakdown by VAT rate appears on the invoice. The tourist tax (taxe de séjour), collected on behalf of the municipality, is not subject to VAT.
I-4. Payment
The price is payable according to the payment schedule (échéancier) stated in the quotation or the contract. The date of actual receipt of the funds is authoritative. In the event of late payment: penalties at three times the statutory interest rate and, for business clients, a fixed recovery indemnity of €40 (art. L441-10 of the French commercial code). No discount is granted for early payment.
I-5. Liability and insurance
The Client is liable for damage caused by the Client, the Client's guests and the Client's service providers. The Client declares that they hold civil liability insurance and provides proof upon request.
I-6. Personal data
The data collected are used for the management of bookings, for invoicing and for legal obligations. The Client has a right of access, rectification and deletion at the address indicated on the website.
I-7. Consumer mediation
After a written complaint to JUDVI has remained unresolved, the consumer client may refer the matter, free of charge, to the consumer mediator (médiateur de la consommation): Avenir Conso — 197 Boulevard Saint-Germain, 75007 Paris — www.avenir-conso.com. The referral (saisine) is made online (www.avenir-conso.com) or by post, within one year of the written complaint addressed to JUDVI (art. L612-1 et seq. of the French consumer code).
I-8. Applicable law and language
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the French version prevails.
Part III — Events open to participation
III-1. Registration and payment
Registration is firm upon online payment, which constitutes acceptance of these terms. A payment confirmation is sent by e-mail.
III-2. No right of withdrawal
Leisure services provided on a specific date are not subject to the right of withdrawal (droit de rétractation) (art. L221-28 12° of the French consumer code).
III-3. Cancellation by the participant
Places are neither cancellable nor refundable. They may be transferred to a third party until the day before the event, by simple e-mail notification.
III-4. Cancellation by JUDVI
JUDVI may cancel an event, in particular if the minimum number of participants is not reached or in the event of force majeure. Places are then refunded in full.
III-5. Conduct
Participants comply with the safety instructions. Minors are accompanied by a responsible adult, unless stated otherwise in the event description.
